Apple Custard

Ingredient

• 3 Cup Apple Slices\n
• 3 Tbsp Custard Powder\n
• 3 Tbsp Sugar\n
• 2 Cups Milk\n
• 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar\n

Method

• \n
• Take Custard powder in a bowl and mix with 1 tbsp of Milk\n
• Mix well so that mixer becomes paste\n
• Heat The remaining Milk in a pan \n
• Add the custard powder paste and mix well\n
• Cook for 2 minutes in a medium heat or till the mixture thickens\n
• Takeout from the gas\n
• Combine the Sliced Apple and sugar in half cup of water in a pan\n
• Cook for 2 to 3 minutes till the apple becomes soft\n
• Spread evenly cooked apple slices in a baking dish and pour prepared custard on it\n
• Then sprinkle brown sugar on it\n
• Preheat the oven for 10 min\n
• Put baking dish inside oven and bake for 20 min\n
• Serve warm\n
